I just want to say that my experience was really great. A price for the translation was received fast and the delivery of the certified translation was perfect. No complaints and great service. After spending time on the internet searching, I found Universal Services can do it and they have the office a few blocks away from me.
I went in and was treated nicely: they asked a bunch of questions on where I want to submit the translations and about the requirements. I needed certified translation for 3 documents and notarization for other 2. I mentioned I need them fast and they said they will do their best.
